Bev in Seville, Spain

Find me here

Hola! I’m Bev. ¿Qué tal?

I moved to Spain in 2021 as a Language Assistant and ended up building a whole life here. I share that life on this travel and lifestyle blog, on my YouTube channel where I make vlogs about everyday life in Spain, and on Instagram, where I post the best places to eat and have brunch around the country.

I’m a little obsessed with coffee. I’m always hunting down a new coffee shop or a restaurant worth the trip, and food, travel and tech are the three things I never stop being curious about. On long weekends you’ll usually find me out on a day trip somewhere new, ticking another Spanish province off my list. I’m also slowly learning Spanish and Japanese, because I love Japan. It’s my favorite country in Asia, and one day I want to explore so much more of it.

My goal with everything I make is to be honest and genuinely useful. I don’t believe in gatekeeping. I write about life in Spain, the everyday realities, the trips, and the slow process of actually building a life here, so that whether you’re planning a holiday or dreaming about moving over one day, you have a real person’s experience to learn from.

When I’m not creating or out exploring, life is pretty simple and I like it that way. Good coffee, a slow brunch, watching a Real Madrid match, or just a movie at home with my partner, who is an FC Barcelona fan. I settled in Castilla y León because I realized I actually prefer the quieter pace, and I’m building this on my own terms, toward a life that feels peaceful and free.

If you’re ever in Spain, let me know!

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me, and I hope you find something useful here.
